How can a few pots on a balcony still give you a “garden feel” in a flat?

You don’t need a big yard to feel like you have a garden. A handful of well-chosen pots on a balcony can change the whole mood. Green leaves, flowers, herbs or even a small tree in a tub add life, movement and colour to a concrete or metal space.
